MatchBX.io is a freelancing site unlike any other - it is powered by the enterprise-grade token, AXPR. The first step is posting a job. You should include as much detail as you can to ensure freelancers completely understand what you’re looking for. Include desired skills for your job so freelancers can understand if they’re the right fit. For example, for a banner ad for your online business you may want to include “graphic design” as a desired skill. You’ll enter a desired budget for your job, which is something worth thinking about. It will set a rough benchmark by which freelancers will place a bid. For example, if you think 1,000 AXPR is fair for a logo design with 2-3 revisions, keep in mind, you will define the skill level of freelancers that will respond. If a freelancer has 2 years logo design experience, he or she may place a bid closer to 5,000 AXPR, for example, or he or she may not place a bid at all because they may believe your budget is too low to meet in the middle. Freelancers will either accept your budget by entering the same value as a bid, or they may place a higher or lower bid in AXPR. It is the job poster’s task to decide which bid to accept and then the fund starts! The freelancer will have a deadline to complete the task by, and once the job is completed, the job poster accepts, asks for a revision or puts the task into remediation. Ultimately, the goal is to allow entrepreneurs and businesses to leverage each other through the online freelancing economy.
